Alpha Fun is a decentralized token launchpad built on Solana using Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve technology. The Platform enables users to create, launch, and trade tokens through bonding curve mechanisms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your wallet
  • All activities that occur under your wallet address
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Conducting your own research before making investment decisions

By launching a token on Alpha Fun, you represent that:

7. Risks

IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Token prices are highly volatile
  • You may lose all invested capital

  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Regulatory changes may impact token value

8. Fees

Trading on Alpha Fun incurs fees as described on our platform. Fees are subject to change with notice. Network fees (gas) are determined by the Solana network and are not controlled by Alpha Fun.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ACCURACY OF INFORMATION, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA CITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Fun and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
